One of the kitchen's signature offerings is French toast soaked all the way through with egg custard, striking a balance between crisp griddled edges and a pudding-like tenderness. The Shiratama Matcha French Toast pairs thick bread with the pleasant bitterness of green tea and chewy mochi dumplings, served with dark brown sugar syrup on the side to adjust the sweetness as you eat.
